FAQ's

Simply browse the website, click on the product you wish to purchase and select your size and color if applicable. Click add to cart. After you have added all products you would like to purchase, go to the cart icon at the top right and click. Enter all information required to make the purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking number.

TAT (Turn around Time) is 3 to 5 Business days (does not include weekends/holidays) after the order is received. We will do everything within our power to have the shipment to the carrier in that timeframe.

If you have an account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number. If you haven't created an account, you can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.  With every order we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder.   

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is fulfilled. Once the carrier receives the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. If the order was packaged on the weekend, it will be updated the next available business day.
